Golden Sun Beach Resort, Mahabalipuram

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. Despite having a great location near the beach, the room quality was lacking and made it hard to find value for the price. While the staff service had a few redeeming moments, overall, my experience was marred by inconveniences such as poor cleanliness and maintenance issues that left a lot to be desired.

I had a fantastic time at this resort, especially with the clean and comfortable premium cottage room that made for a great stay. The beach hut and pool areas were absolutely delightful, perfect for relaxation, although the restaurant service could use some improvement. The friendly staff made the experience worthwhile, and it felt like good value overall, except for the extra charge for switching rooms due to initial inconveniences.
